Description:

The Maggie L. Walker National Historic Site in Richmond, VA encompasses nine buildings, including the Maggie Walker residence at 110 ½ East Leigh Street, a prime location in the heart of Jackson Ward at the turn of the 20th Century. Our work included repair of damaged structural members and cosmetic repairs to building exteriors, repair of water-damaged plaster, interior and exterior painting, repointing brick with matching historic mortar, repair of brick parging, and repair of cracked ceramic tile floor. We finished the original scope of work six weeks ahead of schedule on a 12-week schedule. NPS requested Outside The Box perform additional work based on our outstanding execution and quality of work.
